How to Love a Taurus
- Stay. This is the really important one. Be their rock, the one thing that is unchanging in a world of chaos. Stay with them through thick and thin. They will never forget if you do.
- Do !! not !! leave !! them !! when !! they !! need !! you!! They may never trust you again if you do
- Honor their traditions. Their traditions/memories make who they are.
- Praise their accomplishments. Sometimes Taurus can be very humble or hard on themselves. Remind them they deserve praise and that you are proud of them.
- Encourage their creativity! Encourage their hobbies and creations, listen to their rambling about it, just be supportive. Too many people have laughed at their dreams; it means the world to have someone support it
- NEVER LAUGH AT THEM WHEN THEY ASK YOU SOMETHING/VULNERABLE!!! EVER!! No matter how silly or cute you think they are! THEY WILL FEEL SELF CONCIOUS!!
- Kiss and cuddle them. Tactile love is so important to them. Hold them close, and touch them constantly, they need that touch and warmth.
- Know when to be quiet. Don’t preach unless they ask you for advice, don’t talk over them! Just let them speak and rant to you. Just your presence is enough support. Otherwise they will feel like they can’t trust you.
- Spoil them! With small handemade gifts, surprise flowers or poetry - it doesn’t have to be expensive. It just has to be made with heart.
- Feed them. Share your food with them. If they’re hungry, they’re NOT happy.
- Generosity goes a long way with Taurus. Seriously. Be generous to Taurus and they will give the world back to you
- NEVER MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE A BOTHER!! They are very independent. The moment you make them feel like a bother, they will probably never rely on you again
- Don’t rush them! Let them go at their pace especially when trying something new
- Protect them! They often take it upon themselves to be guardians of themselves and others. Let them relax and be soft around you; protect them.
- Be Loyal - don’t be out there making them look stupid. Seriously, don’t. They will find out and you will regret it.
- Bring them peace. They don’t necessarily want a heart-stopping roller coaster relationship. They want a partner, a best friend, and a home.
- Don’t doubt their love. If they love you, they’re doing everything for you. No one loves quite like a Taurus. They are the ones who really would carry the sky on their shoulders so you could take a rest.
